HERB ROASTED CAULIFLOWER




Agu always hated cooked vegetables and we were not much worried about it as he would go mad over fruits. He has started showing interest in trying out new food items now-a-days, hence we have started serving him a portion of whatever we eat so that he is slowly growing out of his comfort zone of meat, dosa, rice or sandwich.

Here is a quick-fix cauliflower recipe.

THINGS YOU NEED

  • Cauliflower Florets -  1 cup
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tbsp.
  • Italian Seasoning - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt & Pepper - To taste
  • Butter - 1 tbsp.
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp.

METHOD
  • Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic & Italian seasoning on the cauliflower florets and coat them well
  • Heat butter+olive oil, add the florets and cook on medium heat
  • Once the cauliflower is cooked, sauté it on high temperature so the outer layer gets brown and crispy
  • Easy peasy snack ready in minutes!!
