Banana and Dates Muffin

Whole Wheat Banana and Dates Muffin:

Wheat: 1 cup
Oats: half cup
Banana mashed: 1 cup (I used ripe robusta)
Dates chopped: half cup
Butter (melted): half cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Jaggery powdered: 3/4 cup
Milk: half cup
Vanilla essence: 1tsp

How to cook:

1. Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 mins.
2. In a bowl mix mashed banana, butter, jaggery.
3. Sieve in wheat and baking powder to this and mix well.
4. Add the chopped dates and fold gently so that it gets distributed throughout the batter.
5. Line muffin tray with cupcake paper base and pour in the batter in all the muffin wells.
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until they are cooked and the top becomes slightly brown.
