There is so much negativity and panic, let’s try not to spread it around. May be this is a reminder that it is okay to take things slow, to appreciate the little things we often forgot to acknowledge and spread love.

As people who spent a lot of time outdoors, the first week of staying at home was a roller coaster ride for us, we were bored, ate a lot, read a lot of negative news, was confused if we should buy the whole grocery store 🀷🏻‍♀️ We were not happy with how week 1 went so decided to change the way we look at the whole thing. Few things that helped:

1. Stop constantly monitoring news about death rate and spread of the disease, this is not going to change anything anyway

2. Follow a routine, just like any other working week.

3. Go for a walk in the neighborhood, we have been doing this and it is perfectly fine as long as you don’t run and hug your neighbor. We wave and smile across the road and walk past, trust me a bit of fresh air really helps.

4. Call & talk to family and friends

5. Read that book you kept stacking away for a while

STAY CALM, FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING, DO THE THINGS YOU LOVE, DON’T FORGET TO LAUGH AND REMEMBER THIS TOO SHALL PASS ❤️
