HERB ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Here is a quick-fix cauliflower recipe.
THINGS YOU NEED
- Cauliflower Florets - 1 cup
- Garlic Powder - 1 tbsp.
- Italian Seasoning - 1 tbsp.
- Salt & Pepper - To taste
- Butter - 1 tbsp.
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp.
METHOD
- Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic & Italian seasoning on the cauliflower florets and coat them well
- Heat butter+olive oil, add the florets and cook on medium heat
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, sauté it on high temperature so the outer layer gets brown and crispy
- Easy peasy snack ready in minutes!!
